業務内容:

Primary Duties:
 

  • Plan and manage the organizational talent review process and implement action plans to ensure that present and future business needs are effectively addressed. Lead succession planning and talent calibration initiatives. Monitor and support the implementation of talent management by line management and advise HRBPs on people development plans.
  • Design and launch and further enhance robust accelerated development programs for top talents. Accelerate the development of successors to critical positions through the implementation of focused developmental programs and the promotion of international assignment (job rotation).
  • Identify and strengthen individual, leadership and organizational capabilities. Conceptualize, design, develop and deliver high impact leadership development learning solutions (web-based, e-learning or facilitated workshops) to meet corporate and HR priorities.
  • Reinforce the Performance Management (PM) process to ensure that the PM is effectively utilized and initiate appropriate improvement actions when necessary. Advice and coach HRBPs on PM initiatives.
  • As a subject matter expert and Global Center of Excellence of Talent Management & Development, keep up-to-date with external employee development trends and act as a strategic partner and consultant for line management and HRBPs globally in order to advise them on the optimal employee development to support current and future business requirements.
  • 応募条件:

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years development or Talent management experience in multinational company or proven consulting experience in working with executives and senior leaders. Experience working in a variety of Leadership Development roles is highly desired.
  • Preferred Experiences:
  • Master or Post Graduate Degree in Business, Leadership Development, HR Management and etc.
  • HR Business Partner experience
  •  
    Critical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Review, Talent Development and other relative experiences
  • Knowledge of Leadership development theories and frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional level of English and Japanese.
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Competencies for Strategic Agility, Planning, Action Oriented and Interpersonal skills
