HR&GA department is currently undergoing reorganization to transform itself to be a strategic partner for the business departments, and the head of HR&GA is planning to establish three functions, 1) HR Planning dept. 2) HR development dept. 3) HR Service dept. And adding to these three teams, we will put HR BP who will report to head of HR in the future.
We plan to hire new person for HR planning dept. Main responsibility of this team is as follows.
